Cancellation Policy

Dear Students,

At Elite Lash & Brow, we strive to give our students the best experience possible during their training courses. As a professional company, we maintain a cancellation policy that encourages our students to be responsible for remembering their scheduled appointments.

In order to accommodate everyone who wants to enroll, we cannot fill canceled or forgotten appointment time slots at the last minute. We require some lead time to fill open appointment times.

Requirements:

  • Deposit refund: We require a minimum of 7 DAYS notice prior to class in order to refund your deposit.
  • Schedule change fee: If we receive your cancellation notice in less than 7 DAYS, we charge a small fee, unless you reschedule for a later class as long as there will be seats available.
  • Free scheduling: We do allow a one-time free reschedule. After that, a $100 fee will be applied for a second reschedule, and $150 for the third one. No more than a total of 3 reschedules are allowed. At the time of the booking, 50% of the class cost is required to be paid upfront.

Please note that cancellations, even with proper notice, disrupt our class schedule and should be avoided.
